We have developed a new online Ask A Librarian service to give you a more efficient and user-friendly way of getting faster answers to a lot of your questions.
Key new features
Instant answers: Built-in processes will build a repository you can easily use to search for instant answers to your questions.
Mobile/Smartphone ready: The system will automatically detect when it’s accessed by smartphones and present a mobile-friendly version.
Embed files and videos: We will be able to insert links/URLs to relevant resources, attach documents and embed videos inside answer pages.
