Library Printing and Photocopying

There have been some technical issues with the recent switch to the new printing and photocopying facility at our different libraries. We apologise for any inconvenience this could cause as we work to resolve the issues. In the meantime, if you experience any problems please talk with Library staff at the Information desk at your library.

Library printing and photocopying update

To simplify printing and photocopying at University libraries, all visitors will now use ‘printing and photocopying payment’ (PPP) cards, which can be purchased and topped-up at any library.

PPP cards cost $4, and include $4 of pre-loaded credit.

Printing and photocopying methods in ICT Access Labs and Learning Hubs, and at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music are unchanged.

The pre-paid functionality on Student Campus Cards can still be used for other purchases on campus, but not for printing and photocopying at University libraries.

For more information, visit the Library’s Printing and Photocopying web-page.

Fisher Library Upgrade Continues L5
The exciting project to renew Fisher Library is reaching its halfway point. Newly renovated floors will open up progressively over the next few months. Meanwhile, 200 desks are available for quiet study throughout stack levels 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 & 9 and we have created a temporary study and computer space on level 5 (see photo).

We will shortly begin the transfer of low use material to storage when it will be delivered on request. We are grateful to the academic staff who sent through over 1000 recommendations for item location changes during the collection review. To keep up-to-date with the latest progress check information in the foyer or head to

Please note that the Campus Card Centre has relocated from Fisher Library to Ground Floor, Margaret Telfer Building K07, Arundel Street
